SAD

SAD research paper due and don’t know how to start it? How about like this?

Depression comes in several forms and affects people in a variety of ways.  While triggers of depression vary from person to person, there are some circumstances that are consistent for certain individuals, specifically those who suffer from Seasonal Affective DisorderSADThis particular disorder is descriptive of people who react adversely to the decreasing amounts of sunlight and the colder temperatures as the fall and winter progress… there are those who suffer from this condition during the summer instead of, or in addition to, the fall or winter.

Seasonal Affective Disorder has symptoms similar to other types of depression.  Some of the indicators are inclusive of, but not limited to, tiredness, fatigue, crying spells, irritability, trouble concentrating, body aches, loss of sex drive, poor sleep, decreased activity level, and overeating.  Opposite symptoms can occur when the disorder is present during the summer.  Individuals who suffer from this disorder may find they have the greatest difficulty during the darkest months and/or in relation to how far they live from the equator.  Fortunately, there is treatment that can help relieve the depression, such as regular exposure to bright, florescent lights, or phototherapy; day and night use yields the best results.
