About Revisions...

We guarantee to the customer that the criteria in his/her order will be followed exactly or a revision will be given free of charge.

 As a writer, you may be asked to make revisions on your papers from time to time. It is not a reflection on your writing ability, merely a policy that we adhere to in order to provide customer satisfaction. The quality of the paper is never guaranteed to the purchaser, however, the staff of Paper Masters monitors quality and writers are required to demonstrate collegiate level writing skills.

When a client calls us and states that the order was not followed as specified, we review the order and the paper carefully and attempt to determine where the miscommunication was. More often than not, we fix up the misunderstanding within the office and the client is happy and the writer is never bothered. However, if a more extensive rewrite is called for or if none of the office personnel are able to make the correction, the writer is called upon to fulfill the obligation of the criteria in the order.

Rewrites are by no means a reflection on ability or dissatisfaction with the writer. They are typically a communication error or a misjudgment on criteria needed for the project. A reasonable amount of time is given for rewrites but we ask that all writers place a rewrite before their other projects in an attempt to please a dissatisfied customer.

We are tremendously proud of our writers and of their ability to fulfill just about every order we receive. Our customer satisfaction level is wonderful and we have the writers to thank for being so cooperative and willing to work together with us to produce a first rate service.

Because of the willingness of the writers to satisfy customers, we are able to have over half our business consist of repeat customers and new customers from referrals. This is fantastic and we appreciate the cooperation and understanding when problems come up.
