About Freelancing with E World

All Writers are considered
Freelance Writers/Independent Contractors...

All papers purchased from independent contractors or freelance writers become the property of E World Publishing. They may not be resold or used without the written consent of E World Publishing.

The Writer’s Responsibility: All writers are independent contractors and must file form 1099 for income tax purposes. Writers are solely responsible for all tax information.

We do keep accurate and concise records and file with the IRS.

For information on filing as an independent contractor with the IRS, please see the following website:

Independent Contractors

Please remember that according to the business practices set up by E World Publishing, an e-mail message confirming that you would like a project is a written agreement to accept the project. Once a writer has been given the "good to go" on a project, the obligation to fulfill the written agreement is established. Therefore, we ask that all writers complete all projects assigned to them before terminating their independent contracting relationship with E World Publishing.
