• Access to a Major University Library or Online Database such as EBSCOHost or Pro-Quest
• Excellent understanding of MLA and APA citation formats
• The ability to write academic material at the 3rd year college level, at the very least
• A clear understanding of what constitutes academic writing
• Access to E-mail throughout the day
• Proficent in Microsoft Word
