Deadlines!

The deadline for having a paper turned in is by 9:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time. We do this in order to have time to view each project before sending them to our clients. Also, in the busy season, we sometimes have many papers to send out and this takes a tremendous amount of time.

Our clients are guaranteed their model paper by midnight, pacific standard time or else it is free. Please keep this in mind when adhering to the deadline.

We understand that from time to time, emergencies come up and deadlines are unable to be met. Please call immediately if you cannot meet a deadline or if the paper is going to be later than 9:00 PM. We graciously give our writers allowances for failed deadlines as long as they warn us ahead of time and the frequency is not problematic. However, if it becomes a repeated problem, we will give ample warning of our dissatisfaction and finally, we will notify the writer that we can no longer utilize their services.
