International Business Case Study Topics
The collection of case studies involves one potential research strategy of many within the set of qualitative design. Yin (1994) outlines three forms of case study. In the first, the explanatory case, the research study attempts to answer these how or why questions. In exploratory case studies, researchers delve into social issues in order to determine future areas of research and inquiry, which may or may not utilize case study methodologies. Finally, descriptive case studies attempt to illustrate a particular situation which may then be generalized to other greater areas of interest.
