My paper is about physical abuse of adults living in group homes.

If an individual that we support in injured we have to fill out an incident report and describe the injury. If they find any bruises or injuries on that person they have to fill out an incident report. This report is reviewed by the staff members supervision, nurses, CEO and then sent to the state Department of Human Services in the state you are located.

6. The plan for evaluation the effect of the policy or procedure on outcomes (include instruments and procedures for data collection, sampling plan and proposed data analysis.
